After completing the mandatory 14-day closed testing phase:
- Rollout Time: 12:48 PM - Approval Email: 1:07 PM - Total Time: 19 minutes
No contacts. No shortcuts. Just a normal release through Google Play Console.
How to Get Faster Approval
There's no guaranteed trick, but based on my experience, these things helped:

- Avoid unnecessary permissions - Don't use misleading titles or descriptions - Follow Play Store guidelines strictly

Publishing consistent, policy-safe builds builds trust over time. Google's automated systems treat established accounts differently.
3. Upload a Stable Build
Crashes, bugs, or broken flows can slow down review. My app was thoroughly tested before rollout — no crashes, no broken screens.

Fast approvals like this are not common, and you shouldn't rely on it. But focusing on clean policies, stable builds, and good release practices can definitely improve your chances.
The Play Store review process is largely automated. When everything is clean and honest, the system approves quickly. When something is off, it escalates to a human reviewer — and that's where delays happen.
